A generously sized great room highlighted by a large river rock fireplace comfortably welcomes you and your eight guests for and extended stay or weekend retreat. High end  finishes include slab granite kitchen counter tops, limestone tile and slate flooring in the bathrooms and hardwood floors throughout the main level.

 

There is over 2500 square feet of living space with four sleeping quarters and four bathrooms. Two primary suites with king size beds, full size bathroom in addition to a bunk room that can sleep up to four are located on the upper level. The main floor log bedroom includes a queen size bed adjacent to a large bathroom.  For your comfort, the house is equipped with cable, high speed internet, 5 flat screen TV's, air conditioning and a hot tub.  This home participates in the Recreational Plus Program.  The eight passes, allows you access to the SHARC indoor aquatics (year-round) and outdoor aquatics facilities (May-Sept), disc golf (Mar-Oct), tubing hill (winter), tennis/pickle ball courts (May-Sept) and the SROA boat launch (summer).
