There are never cancellation fees and always full refunds issued if your party is unable to travel.  

 

Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.

In addition to the daily rate, $308.00 cleaning fee , 8% Deschutes County Lodging Tax , 1%  OR Transient Lodging Tax will be added to total.
